Through years of personal and professional experience, the simplest yet most complex truth I've learned is changed people change systems. 

 

My work as a survivorship advocate centers on providing insight and expertise as a Person With Lived Experience as both a cancer survivor and nurse. 

 

My work as a coach and consultant focuses on the relational and personal changes that must preclude and co-occur with systems-level change. I utilize a trauma-informed framework and storytelling/metaphor to guide individuals and groups toward a shared vision of success.
